For a turnkey new construction project in Australia, we took over the management and coordination. The objective of this work was to select a suitable plant manufacturer. To accomplish this goal, we compiled the necessary performance specifications of the new construction project's sub-systems so that these results could be included as specifications in the invitation to tender. The partial plants were evaluated from a technical point of view and in the determination of guarantee values.

We were able to support another client both in the search for the optimal manufacturing location, in this case abroad, and for strategic cooperation partners, thus giving them access to global markets.
