For a company, we first prepared a current analysis of the operational situation. This analysis aimed to determine the company's strengths and weaknesses in its organizational and operational structure. We then determined the investment needs and summarized the results of the work in a corresponding plan that was presented to the client. The resulting tasks were processed in a targeted manner in close cooperation with our network partners, in this case, an external research laboratory and an auditing and tax consultancy firm.
