For one company, we first developed a brief analysis of technical measures. Our team then implemented the proposed measures. We provided our client with the necessary operator know-how and took over the operational and company management for a limited period. During the course of this work, we realigned the strategic objectives of the company. We advised our client on sales activities and set up a profit and loss account with cost control and monitoring.
