Process Reengineering

One client's problem was poor transparency in its flow of materials. They poorly recorded incoming orders. It was impossible to determine how much material was needed and how accurate the plant's material flow was. We first analyzed the material flow and then introduced an in-plant automation unit. This software module became the basic building block in the computerized production planning system.

At another client, we increased productivity by 30% after evaluating the weak points and implementing the resulting ideas.
